Hi, I’m Shaneil Monique, founder of Naturally Empressed Beauty Bar. I’m a licensed wax specialist with a deep love for helping every Empress feel confident in her own skin. Growing up with eczema and dry skin, I developed an early passion for skincare—but my love for beauty truly blossomed through the simple joy of doing my own brows. What started as a personal ritual soon became a creative outlet, sparking my path to becoming an esthetician. In 2022, I discovered my purpose in waxing and skincare, blending artistry with education to serve women who, like me, want to feel seen, celebrated, and radiant in their natural beauty. I now specialize in full-body waxing and custom brow services tailored for sensitive and melanated skin. At Naturally Empressed, my mission is to elevate more than appearances. I aim to empower, educate, and inspire confidence through every service—whether it’s perfectly sculpted brows or a luxurious 24k Gold Experience. Here, you’ll leave with glowing skin and the knowledge to care for it long after your visit—because true beauty begins with understanding and self-love.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Royal Policies Deposits Deposits are required for all new Empresses (first-time clients) and for any appointments booked online. Repeat clients who rebook in-suite at checkout are not required to leave a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given. Cancellations & Rescheduling A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will forfeit the deposit & will be charged a 25% no-show fee. No-call/no-shows may also be restricted from booking future appointments. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, services may be adjusted or canceled based on timing. If canceled due to lateness, deposits will be forfeited. Payments Final payment is due at the end of service. All major cards, cash and digital payments are accepted. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. Hygiene & Respect Please arrive clean and freshly showered for intimate services. For safety, do not book if you have active infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions. Respectful behavior is required at all times. Refunds Due to the nature of services, no refunds are offered. If there is a concern, please notify me during your appointment so I can make it right.
