CANCELLATION POLICY

Client Policies Deposit Policy • - A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure all appointments. • - Your deposit will be applied to your total service cost at checkout. • - Deposits are not transferable between clients or appointment types. Consultation Policy • - All first-time clients receive a complimentary consultation as part of their appointment. • - A $10 deposit is still required to reserve your time. • - If services are approved, your deposit will be credited toward your service if booked within 14 days. • - If you cannot be serviced due to health or skin contraindications, the consultation remains free, but the deposit is retained as a time-holding fee for the appointment. Arrival Policy • - Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth, on-time start. • - First-time clients should arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete intake and consent forms. • - To maintain a relaxing and private environment, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed in the treatment area unless they are being serviced. • - Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services at Naturally Empressed Beauty Bar. Late Policy • - A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. • - Please text or call at least 1 hour in advance if you anticipate being late—we will always try to accommodate you when possible. • - Consistent tardiness may result in limited scheduling options moving forward. Cancellation & No-Show Policy • - Life happens—we get it. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. • - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be considered a no-show and incur a 25% fee based on the scheduled service. • - This fee can be applied to your next appointment within 2 weeks. • - Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of booking privileges or same-day appointment only access. Service Satisfaction Policy • - At Naturally Empressed Beauty Bar, all services are performed with care, precision, and professionalism using high-quality products and techniques. • - While results may vary depending on skin type, hair texture, and other factors, payment is required for all services rendered, regardless of individual satisfaction. • - If you are unsatisfied with your service, please communicate this before leaving the studio, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns during your appointment time. • - Refunds will not be issued for completed services. I understand that Naturally Empressed Beauty Bar reserves the right to enforce these policies to maintain a high-quality, respectful, and luxurious client experience for all guests.
